Lorga Parfums
The young French brand Lorga Parfums writes very sparingly about itself: they were inspired by precious ingredients, we have loved perfumes since childhood, we have chosen the best for you.
Judging by the choice of themes of aromas and design, one can assume the oriental roots of the authors: a heavy bottle made of polished glass, a heavy gold lid with a schematic image of a silkworm - a bug that can smell a love call from many miles away. Blotters laid out on the table smell smoky and balsamic.
Rose d`Encens Lorga Parfums is in my bottle because I was counting on 65 milliliters of traditional rose nectar, but got sweet cyanide labdanum and hot spicy cloves. At the very beginning, you can still hear raspberry juice, and after the manifesto of spices, bloody peony and rose, but the main thing here is not flowers. Rose d`Encens is resins and incense in all their power and in all their oriental splendor.

Bergamot, rose absolute, incense, labdanum, tonka beans, vanilla.
It seemed to me that with Lorga Parfums everything is not what it seems. Fresh white floral Musc Palawan does not smell like musk at all, but like carefree summer, sea, beach, ripe pineapple, mango and yellow plums. Girlish and funny Musc Palawan becomes sweeter towards the end and is slightly powdered with light marshmallow powder, but remains just as light.

Bergamot, lime, sea notes, ylang, vanilla, honey, white musk.
Among colleagues writing about perfumery, the most popular is probably Ambre Platine. It reminded me of the great Must Cartier in perfume, with its tartar of pine needles, rich earth, ganache and dark chocolate. Ambre Platine is more decorative and gourmand. The French dessert is slightly more flavored with nuts, rum and spices than usual, and the resin and earth quickly fade into the background and are completely lost somewhere in the fragrant and sweet vapors.

Bergamot, tangerine, almond, vanilla, pink berries, cinnamon, vanilla, white musk, amber, caramel.
Cuir Affiné is the residual sweetness of tobacco smoke, perfume and strong alcohol, absorbed into the dark wood of the bar and the creaky leather of the sofas. This is how a club smells the morning after a party, when people have already drunk everything, smoked everything, said everything to each other, and the dawn sun has driven them home.

Bergamot, lime, tuberose, milky notes, hazelnut, leather, tobacco.
In Oud Yssée, I found those 65 milliliters of rose nectar that I didn’t get in Rose d`Encens, but in addition to rose and saffron, they generously splashed cream, coffee and vanilla syrup here, and it turned out a little sweeter than I like. Actually, the oud in Oud Yssée is very delicate and sounds like a trace of the smells of a big city (Paris), along which an oriental beauty walks with a glass of caramel latte.
